jigokudani/oyunuma
Jigokudani is valley which displays hot steam vents, sulfurous streams and other volcanic activity. It is a main source of Noboribetsu's hot spring waters. From the valley, takes 20 minutes, you will get to Oyunuma and enjoy the natural foot bath near the Oyunuma.

showa shinzan
Accompanied by earthquakes, the mountain suddenly rose from a flat wheat field to its current height of 290 meters between 1943 and 1945.
Still venting sulfurous fumes today. You can get good views of the young volcano by taking the Usuzan Ropeway.
sairo Observatory
Along with Toya Lake, you can see Nakashima, Uususan, and Shōwashin Mountain. The first floor is an earthenware shop, second floor is a restaurant, and you can tour by helicopter.
